Haverford College seeks two tenure-track Assistant Professors of Biology.
The Department of Biology at Haverford College invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Biochemistry or Cell Biology, beginning July 1, 2027 (or possibility of July 1 2028 if preferred by the successful candidate).
We seek outstanding teacher-scholars whose research and teaching complement the department's strengths in the molecular and cellular life sciences. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in Biochemistry or Cell Biology, with a preference for research programs that contribute to areas such as human health, biomolecular structure and function, metabolism, cell cycle regulation, cellular signaling, cancer biology, immunology, systems biology, computational biology, or related fields.
The successful candidates will join a collaborative department with strong connections to the Biochemistry & Biophysics Concentration, Neuroscience Program, Chemistry Department, and other programs across the College.
