Retention Specialist - General Student/AcMo
Jefferson Community College, Watertown, New York, a member of the State University of New York (SUNY) system, is conducting a search for a full-time Retention Specialist - General Student/AcMo.
This position coordinates the student success program, designs and implements awareness programs and events, provides one-on-one transfer and career counseling, coaches at-risk students, and conducts academic success workshops in collaboration with other campus departments. This position may require some evening and weekend obligations. Professional staff are expected to advance the College's focus on student success and completion and will work closely with the College's leadership to advance the mission of the Strategic Plan.
Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of appropriate professional experience.

Advertised Salary: $47,589-$52,347/yr. for well-qualified individuals. Salary is determined based upon experience and education in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement as well as internal equity.
