The Catalog Specialist serves as the administrator of the online catalog (Acalog) and curriculum workflow (Curriculog) applications utilized by the University of Nevada Reno’s Office of Admissions and Records. The incumbent collaborates with various campus stakeholders including the faculty chair of the University Courses and Curricula Committee (UCC), the Core Director, staff in the Office if the Provost, and employees in the Office of Admissions and Records to research the impact of proposed changes, facilitate the timely processing of revisions, and coordinate the implementation of approved actions. The specialist oversees the maintenance of course and academic plan records in PeopleSoft and collaborates with the catalog editor and staff in the Office of Marketing and Communication to ensure the University’s websites accurately reflect its offerings. The position reports to the Associate Registrar for Degree Audit.
