GRINNELL COLLEGE. The Department of Philosophy invites applications for a one-year term position for the 2026-27 academic year. Assistant Professor (Ph.D.) preferred; Instructor (ABD) or Associate Professor possible. Research and teaching interests must include at least two of the following: Social and Political philosophy, Continental Philosophy, Philosophy of Race, or Feminist Philosophy/Philosophy of Gender. Term contract renewals are subject to departmental and college priorities and budget availability.
