This position is located within Agricultural Research Service, Field Organization, Northeast Area, U. S. National Arboretum, Gardens Unit, Washington, DC. The incumbent is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of managing educational programs relating to the gardens, plant collections, and research activities and mission of the U.S. National Arboretum.
