Midwestern State University, established in 1922, is located in Wichita Falls, TX with a 255-acre campus nestled among the city's residential area and comprised of 70 buildings, numerous playing fields, and an outdoor recreational facility near Sikes Lake. With a population of over 103,000, Wichita Falls is centrally located two hours between Dallas and Oklahoma City, OK. MSU has a student enrollment of approximately 6000 and is the only university in Texas to become a member of the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC).
