The University Libraries support the learning and research missions of the University through its print and electronic resources, reference and instructional services, and other outreach programs. With a budget of over $9 million, the University Libraries include the main Walter Clinton Jackson Library and the Harold Schiffman Music Library. Current library holdings number more than 2.47 million printed books, federal and state documents, microforms, music scores, and other materials. The Libraries subscribe to over 62,000 newspapers, periodicals, and other serials, with access to more than 44,000 electronically. The Libraries also provide access to more than 300,000 ebooks, and 300+ databases which offer company information, statistics, legal documents, journal indexing, streaming audio and video and much more.
