The Rady School of Management develops ethical and entrepreneurial leaders who make a positive impact in the world through innovation, collaboration and knowledge.

The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego is a professional school within one of the top-ranked institutions in the U.S. for higher education and research. Established in 2003 and accredited by AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) in 2011, the Rady School is the only new business school created at a U.S. News & World Report top 10 ranked public research university during the past 30 years, and is one of the youngest in the nation ever to achieve AACSB recognition.

Rady offers a Full-Time MBA program, two FlexMBA programs for working professionals, a Master of Finance program, a Master of Science in Business Analytics, a Ph.D. program, as well as undergraduate and executive education courses. UC San Diego's lineage includes 16 Nobel Laureates (former and current faculty) and eight MacArthur Foundation award recipients. The Rady School is at the nexus of this research, development and innovation — it underlies our curriculum and our academic model.
