Position Description
Georgia Southern University (GSU) seeks a dedicated and innovative enrollment professional to serve as its next Vice President for Enrollment Management to advance the institution’s enrollment strategy and growth.
Position
The Vice President for Enrollment Management provides strategic leadership in Georgia Southern University initiatives related to student enrollment, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, Military and Veteran Services, Enrollment Services, and International Student Admissions and Programs. This cabinet-level position reports directly to the Executive Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing, and Student Success. The Vice President of Enrollment Management will see that the divisional objectives are aligned with the university’s mission and goals. A strategic plan should be executed and continuously updated for the Enrollment Management units that serve the students on the university’s three campuses and aligns with the vision of the broader Georgia Southern University. In collaboration with the members of the President’s Cabinet, they will review, develop, establish, and implement university policies and procedures. The Vice President consistently exhibits service, collaboration, and excellence as championed by the Division of Enrollment, Marketing and Student Success.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess a master’s degree (doctoral degree preferred) and comprehensive and progressive related work experience. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions and strategies related to enrollment management. This person should be comfortable working across multiple campuses and willing to travel as necessary.
