The next Vice President for Academic Affairs will have the opportunity to work with an experienced President and collaborative leadership team.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated accomplishments in developing and leveraging partnerships with other colleges and universities, K-12 school districts, business and industry, and other key external partners.  The successful candidate will be a leader who mentors and empowers their team members in the Academic Affairs Division and has experience in and appreciation for serving within a unionized environment.  Most importantly, the next Vice President for Academic Affairs must be focused on continuing to improve outcomes for our students and supporting innovation in strategies to help our students achieve their academic goals.
