Reporting to the Dean of the College, Dr. Karlene Burrell-McRae, the Dean of Students will lead an office delivering a complex array of services and programs to an increasingly diverse student body. The Dean will oversee a committed student affairs staff, sustain a high level of visible engagement with students, develop relationships with faculty and administrators across the College, communicate effectively to all stakeholders, and serve as a strategic thought partner to College leadership.
