The successful applicant for this position will be teaching hospitality courses, develop and manage food and beverage events for educational purposes as well as offer service to the university, community and hospitality industry. The competitive candidate will have a primary teaching focus in undergraduate food and beverage related courses, including: Restaurant Operations & Management, Food & Beverage Management & Development Courses, Hospitality Services Management, Beverage Management, and other courses as needed. It is essential that in all courses, a management and sustainability perspective must be conveyed to the students. The instructor will teach on other USF campuses and web based courses as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Hospitality management required Three to six years full time hospitality teaching experience at the bachelor program level. Five to ten years of Food and Beverage experience in the hospitality industry.
